In #147 Zhiyuan suggested moving the present 6.1 into the appendix and remaining more abstract in Section 6. This is perhaps okay, but I had the following pushback:
Hmm the problem with that is that 6.2 depends heavily on the 6.1 that I had written. I am going to temporarily retain it (as 6.1' or something) and try to lift it into math as per Adrian's suggestions elsewhere. Then maybe we can revisit this plan.
