Provision for 1 second candle

For the live market is it possible to have 1 second candle size instead of 10 second candle accumulation

It is possible, but it will take a significant amount of rewrite. I would estimate 10-20 hours. I cannot afford that amount of time right now, but let me share that we are open to any PR that makes this possible :)

Setting up the data folder after choosing one of 1 or 10 second candle should be allowed, if we do this.
