After a successful IBC transfer on /teleport, the destination chain token balance does not update automatically. The user has to manually refresh the page to see the updated balance.
Expected behavior: Once the IBC transfer status changes to COMPLETE, the destination chain balance should refresh automatically.
Current behavior: Balance stays stale until page reload.
