Refactor codebase to comply with voxpupuli coding standards

Refactor the code in this repository to fully comply with the official voxpupuli coding standards. This includes:

• Reviewing the current code and identifying non-compliant patterns.
• Updating syntax, formatting, and structure as per the voxpupuli guidelines.
• Removing deprecated constructs or legacy Puppet code.
• Ensuring best practices for code readability and maintainability are followed.
• Testing to confirm that the refactored code preserves all functionality.
