Pictures should not have the CycleStreets watermark

When an image is added, the CycleStreets API is adding the CycleStreets logo watermark to the thumbnail.

This needs to be disabled via an API option at:
http://www.cyclestreets.net/api/v2/photomap.add/
http://www.cyclestreets.net/api/v2/photomap.upload/
Unfortunately, this may need quite a bit of rearchitecting.
