General: Fit the mascot to launcher masks and darken the icon background

On-device (Pixel 9 Pro launcher) the antennas touched the circular mask edge and the off-white disc stood out next to the sibling apps' muted dark circles. The adaptive foreground and monochrome layers drop from scale 0.70 to 0.64, matching SD Maid/Butler margins, and the background layer switches to a muted slate-navy (#444E71) that keeps the navy battery body readable. The pre-composed full icon, fastlane icon, and feature graphic keep the off-white tile (Butler uses the same launcher-dark/listing-light split).
