I purchased AirPods Pro 3 specifically for the OTC hearing aid (HA) function and after enabling that, paired them with my Pixel 9 running GrapheneOS (Android 17). They work great in HA & BT modes.
After finding CAPod, I can now control the 3 listening modes and other aspects of their operation except for the audio boost level of the HA function.
I think it would be great to add that ability to CAPod.
On the iPhone, under settings select the airpods configuration. Selecting that brings you to the control page for the hearing aids, showing battery level listening mode and hearing health.
Selecting hearing assistance brings you to the hearing aid control page showing a switch that turns the HA on/off. Selecting "adjustments" below the switch brings up a page that allows control of the amplification of hearing aid sound. It also provides balance, tone and ambient noise reduction adjustments.

Being able to control the amplification level of the hearing aid function would be ideal. In addition to this the "swipe to control amplification" functionality would be useful as well.
Samsung will be releasing their version of an OTC HA function in their pro BT pods soon and I wonder if they'll team up with Apple to create some kind of control standard?
Thanks
Larry
