Description:
Some messages sent from nchat, while appearing normally in nchat AND in the official Android Whatsapp app, can't be received by the other person.
Instead, they see the mentioned error, with a link to this page: https://faq.whatsapp.com/3398056720476987

How to reproduce it:
I have really no idea. It seems to happen kinda randomly?
My guess would be maybe the network had some issues, but really not sure.

Also, not directly linked to #312, but probably also related to retry/re-sync handling?

Environment:

Hi @bonswouar - thanks for reporting a bug, that sounds a bit worrying. If you get a chance, please try update to latest nchat (v5.12.12) which has a newer whatsapp library version and improved handling of user ids ("LID").

Did this happen in 1-on-1 chats or groups chats? If it happens again, can you check if the log file ~/.config/nchat/log.txt has any warnings or errors?

I've just updated to 5.12.13, I'll let you know and check the logs if this happens again.

It did happen in a specific 1-on-1 chat only.
Only for a couple of messages one day, and one more the day after. So it seems unlikely to be linked to network issues actually, weird!

With some luck the updated Whatsapp library will prevent this :)

P.S. If it happens again it should be pretty easy to spot, those messages are never marked as read in nchat ui

Just a complementary information from my contact: he noticed after that the messages were shown correctly on his whatsapp-web client (but still broken on his native app - it's an iphone btw).
So it looks like e2e didn't work for one specific client only (but as far as I understand they all have their own private key, not sure how it's supposed to work if one exchange fails or if the device is just offline though)
