Emojis in contact list mess up TUI

Description:
vertical separation lines get messed up the moment emojis are part of a contact list name

How to reproduce it:
have a contact containing emoji in the name (common for wa group names)

Environment:

• Version: latest
• OS / distro: osx 15.5

Hi @beat843796 - thanks for reporting a bug. I believe I've seen this at some point too. A temporary workaround can be to disable emojis (ctrl-y toggles "textized" emojis on/off). Which terminal emulator/program are you using btw?

im using apple terminal on osx and zsh ( + oh my zsh)

Thanks. I did some testing here but was unable to reproduce any issue. Could you share one such group name with emojis that has the issue? Also, in case you've customized your contact list width, can I check what is your list_width in ~/.config/nchat/ui.conf?
