Write appendix after `#show: appendix`

Instead of passing the appendix to the main class function at the beginning of the document,
it would be convenient to have something like

// main text

@show: appendix

= Some title for this appendix
 
= Another appendix

Totally agreed. I was thinking about that too, but for different reasons. I’d like to break up the entire show-rule into several smaller show-rules.
