Per commit d203d15 ("add trigger phrases to skill descriptions per Anthropic's official guide"), all skill descriptions should include "Use when" trigger phrases so Claude knows when to activate them.

databricks-ai-functions has a detailed description listing functions but no "Use when" clause.

Keep the addition concise — a single "Use when" sentence appended to the existing description. See databricks-docs for a good minimal example.
