Three PF resource packages (secret_uc, supervisor_agent, supervisor_agent_tool) were added by SDK bumps after #5570 and include tfschema.WorkspaceDriftDetection / ValidateWorkspaceID / PopulateProviderConfigInState calls that #5570's revert removed from tfschema. Strip those calls so the build compiles. Also removes 3 unified-host tests in common/unified_provider_test.go that referenced unifiedHostConfig() and Experimental_IsUnifiedHost — both gone after the SDK upstream cleanup (#5618 in the kept Tier C set).
