qsv geoconvert decimal length discrepancy

With qsv geoconvert, I'm noticing for example with a certain GeoJSON file I have there are 15 decimal places in a coordinate value and when doing qsv geoconvert ... geojson csv the same coordinate value gets rounded to 14 decimal places.

Rust's Float64 type only supports 15-16 decimal places so it rounds down values beyond this level of precision.

For GPS coordinates however, rounding down from 15 to 14 shouldn't be an issue as the resolution at that level would in the nanometer scale :)

In the real world, we're reaching the limits of GPS devices at 7 decimal places (11 mm) as per

IMHO, we should just document the precision in the usage text of geoconvert and close the issue.
