I'm not sure it's a good addition: it's not a Spec, nowhere supported prefixless and support seems very spotty in general anyway… I'll take a better look.

I've seen it in the wild in rather popular repos, e.g. tympanus/codrops.

Just came to the Issues page to see if anyone had mentioned user-select. Thanks to those in the thread for bringing this to light and discussing it!
