No possibility of course enrollement at the end of course title

Hello,
I work with Moodle 3.11 with theme Fordson 3.5
I work with a course which is open to anonymous users, but making the test require to enroll.
With Moove theme, after we enter a course, at the end of a course title there is a gear with the ability of enroll a course.

With Fordson theme there is note such a gear.

So with Fordson theme it is more difficult to enroll a course.
Have someone any idea about how to make appear the enrollment gear at the en of the course title.
