Housekeeping

• I am a maintainer of dbt-core

Short description

OSI is beginning to define a open standard definition of how to define semantic layers. We support this effort. As such we should begin producing an OSI compliant document of the semantic layer for any given project

Acceptance criteria

• As part of parsing dbt-core produces an osi-sl-document.json
• We continue producing the semantic_manifest.json
