On android 9 (physical device) or API 29 (simulator) I have an issue that causes list items to disappear if dragged on top of another element.
Occasionally they will remain superimposed on the second (more often on physical) with reduced opacity but most of the time completely disappear.
The issue is present when using the code in the included example and also in our own implementation.
I have included a gif to show how the problem manifests itself within our application.
