Fix smart item actions resetting after clicking away in Admin Tool

Description

Smart item actions set via the Admin Tool in Creator Hub are not persisted — they reset to their previous state after clicking away from the field or navigating back to the menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a new scene in Creator Hub
2. Add an Admin Tool smart item to the scene
3. Configure a smart item action in the Admin Tool panel
4. Click away or navigate back to the menu

Expected Behavior

The configured smart item action should be saved and remain set when returning to the panel.

Actual Behavior

The action is reset/cleared — any configuration is lost.

Starting next release (currently on dev) the Admin Tool has changed, this issue cannot be reproduced anymore.
