📔 Issue Description:

The chat bubbles are being overlapped by avatar shapes, emotes and nametags.
Not sure if this may be related to the issues found here #7658

👣 STR:

1. Go to a scene where several users are chatting
2. Check the chat bubbles

✔️ Expected Result:

• The chat bubbles should appear in front, but they are currently overlapped by the nametag and avatar shape.

❌ Actual Result with evidence:

Here it can be seen that the nametag is overlapping the chat bubble
