[Feature Request] Add support for Kimchi (kimchi.dev) as an AI Provider

Hi! First of all, thank you for creating 9router. The RTK Token Saver and 3-Tier Fallback features have been incredibly helpful for my daily coding workflow, especially when managing token limits across different AI coding tools and IDEs.

I would like to suggest adding Kimchi (https://kimchi.dev/) as a supported provider in the 9router ecosystem.
