AWS: cloudformation.json gets overwritten before provisioning #20
Currently
cloudformation.jsongets overwritten before provisioning a Deis Cluster on AWS (if one were to use Rigger).This removes the ability to configure:
and other things, which can be important (all of the above are important for me) for ops.
