I am Dinakaran from India. I am running Viroprofiler in WSL. I am facing Error in downloading CheckV database while running the following command:
nextflow run deng-lab/viroprofiler -r main -profile singularity --mode "setup"
The Error is shown below:
"The error you're encountering—HTTP Error 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable—indicates that the server hosting the CheckV database is currently down or undergoing maintenance. This is a server-side issue, and there's little that can be done on your end to resolve it immediately."
Please help.
