Contributor licence agreement

We welcome fixes, tests, documentation and well-bounded improvements. We also use Skill-Leaf as part of commercial Codebridge products, so accepted contributions need clear licensing terms.

Submitting a pull request means you confirm all of the following:

  1. You created the contribution or have the right to submit it.
  2. You license the contribution to the public under the repository's current MIT License with Commons Clause License Condition.
  3. You grant Codebridge.com.au and its successors a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free copyright licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense and relicense the contribution, including as part of commercial products and services.
  4. You grant Codebridge.com.au the same rights for any patent claims you control that are necessarily infringed by your contribution.
  5. You understand that maintainers may accept, change or decline the contribution and are not required to use it.

This contribution agreement does not transfer ownership of your contribution. It gives us the rights needed to maintain one public source tree while continuing commercial development.

These terms should receive legal review before the repository is announced publicly. If your employer may own your work, obtain its permission before contributing.
