Rejection + acceptance emails

• Shadcn Data Table with list of all applicants. Can choose which role to give them, or to reject them.
• Can also choose what email template to send them.
• All of these settings (role offered & email template used) can be changed at once by multiselecting.
• Save these settings by pressing "Save" button, which will call BE to create offers for each of the applications.
• Finally, multiselect, and press "Send Offer".
