Check if new transitive deps are added during a dep update

Currently, because how our tool works, if a new dependency update adds a new dependency that won't show in our update review report [the update review filters only the updates, aka not addition/removal/downgrade].

However, we probably should alert the user if an update is pulling in new dependencies.
