Support for arm64 on linux-musl

Right now there is no arm64 support for linux-musl. All other platforms have support for arm64 so it would be nice to add support for this.

Thanks for giving this a try and I do like the creativity of your solution. But I would prefer it we could do this with cross compilation instead. This solution does seem to work but it feels a bit hacky. Would you minding giving it another try with cross compilation?
