How to expand EEROMS folder?

How to expand EEROMS folder on Windows 11?
It has totaly 714 Mb only and other 113 Gb not distributed
Also need to give letter to disk manually.

Also I can't expand EEROMS disk by Windows tools, because it has FAT32 format

1. Flash RetroOs on SD card
2. Put SD card into your console and boot it
3. Turn off device and put SD card to your PC
4. Copy all folders and files from your EEROMS disk
5. a) Press key combination Win + X then open "Disk managment"
   b) RMB on "Strat Menu" button and choose "Disk managment
   c) Press key combination Win + R and then put "diskmgmt.msc" and press Enter
6. Find your SD card and click RMB on EEROMS and choose "Delete Volume"-> "Yes"
7. Then press RMB on "ullacoted" disk part ->3 times Next -> Choose:

File system: FAT32
Volume label: EEROMS
Mark quick format

-> Next -> Finish
8. Put your copied folders and files from previous EEROMS on your SD to new EEROMS
9. Done
