Sound levels are not consistent: some are too loud while others are too soft.

As the title says: sound levels on sounds are not consistent. This requires the user to manually toggle the volume to get the sound to an optimal level.

Informal list of sounds which need updating:

Sounds which could be pitched up: crackling fire, rain, ocean waves, singing bowl, bird song
Sounds which could be pitched down: om, wind, wind chimes, starship
Sounds which are pitched well: white noise, thunder storm, cat purr
