Ökofen Pellematic Condens Touch Network Issues

Hi,
I have a quick question for you guys. My Ökofen is from 2022 and from the beginning on I had issues with the network connection (RJ45 at the back of the touch panel board). Autodetection put it to 10Mbit half duplex and manually I can set it to 10mbit full but I get collisions in both configurations. It runs like this and works most of the time. I tried different cables and switches but it doesn't get better. My service told me that this is normal and nothing to worry about but is it? How is the network connection on your side?

Hi, so for me the network connection is stable and I never experienced an issue.
