Bump esbuild, @vitejs/plugin-react and vite in /src/Libraries/Microsoft.Extensions.AI.Evaluation.Reporting/TypeScript (#7564)

* Bump esbuild, @vitejs/plugin-react and vite

Removes [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [esbuild](https://github.com/evanw/esbuild), [@vitejs/plugin-react](https://github.com/vitejs/vite-plugin-react/tree/HEAD/packages/plugin-react) and [vite](https://github.com/vitejs/vite/tree/HEAD/packages/vite). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `esbuild`

Updates `@vitejs/plugin-react` from 4.7.0 to 6.0.2

* Regenerate package-lock.json with complete platform-specific native deps

Dependabot's lock only resolved native binaries (rolldown, lightningcss)
for the platforms it ran on, leaving empty stubs that fail 'npm ci' with
'Invalid Version:' on other OS/arch. Regenerated through the dnceng feed so
all platform variants resolve, and mirrored the natives into the feed.
