Describe the bug.

The latest version is required when asking agent to install a specific net sdk version.

Reproduction Steps

  1. On RHEL or Ubuntu , login VSCode with your GitHub Account to enable usage of CoPilot
    2 . Ask the agent in the chat window to install a specific .net sdk version. e.g 10.0.106
  2. Observe

Expected Behavior

The specific .net sdk is required and installed successfully.

Exceptions & Errors (if any)

The latest .net sdk e.g. 10.0.108 is required and installed even it show the specific .net version sdk is installed.
