Describe the bug.

It should require the supported .net 10.0.1xx rather than 10.0.3xx when asking agent to update to the latest sdk

Reproduction Steps

  1. On RHEL 10 , login VSCode with your GitHub Account to enable usage of CoPilot
  2. Ask the agent in the chat window to install the previous version of .NET SDK e.g. 10.0.107
  3. After installed successfully, ask the agent to update to the latest sdk
  4. Observe

Expected Behavior

The latest 10.0.1xx is required and installed successfully.

Exceptions & Errors (if any)

The unsupported 10.0.3xx is required.
