build: rebuild tdpilot_API.tox with the soft-rerank fix baked in

Refreshes the standalone .tox so the latest tdpilot_api_official_docs +
tdpilot_api_td2025 source files (with the corpus-installed check, the
soft-rerank category logic, and the graceful TDResources fallback) are
the textDATs that ship to anyone cloning the repo.

Live-verified against http://127.0.0.1:9987/ after rebuild:
  user> "Search the official TD docs for noiseTOP"
  agent> td_search_official_docs({query: 'noiseTOP', doc_type: 'operator'})
        → ok (no longer returns the false 'corpus not installed' hint)
  agent> follows up with td_get_operator_doc + knowledge_search,
        synthesises a full Noise TOP summary citing
        docs.derivative.ca/Noise_TOP

Binary grew 138662 -> 139806 bytes (the new module sources).
