While attempting to add a 🔥 emoji to the description of the BLOCKED label,
got the following error:
Description doesn't accept 4-byte Unicode
Lame. 🤦♂️
I wonder why they made this decision. 🤷♂️
It's not like having emojis in the description of a label would create a security attack vector ... 🤔
Emojis or code weren't allowed in issue.title until recently. 
Maybe it will be changed in the future. 💭
