System prompt punctuation is inconsistent

What happened?

The punctuation of the default system prompt is inconsistent, e.g.

Guidelines:
- Use bash for file operations like ls, rg, find
- Use read to examine files instead of cat or sed.

and then

- Use write only for new files or complete rewrites.
- Be concise in your responses

etc.

For sure this is not a big deal, but fixing this should be very easy and might actually have a marginal benefit.

Steps to reproduce

Use /export. Open the generated file to examine the system prompt.

Expected behavior

Consistent use of punctuation.
