`libcerf-2.1-GCCcore-11.3.0.eb` fails checksum verification

Description

The libcerf-2.1-GCCcore-11.3.0.eb easyconfig currently fails during checksum verification.

The source archive downloads successfully from:

https://jugit.fz-juelich.de/mlz/libcerf/-/archive/v2.1/libcerf-v2.1.tar.gz

However, the downloaded archive has a different SHA256 checksum from the one specified in the easyconfig.
