[BUG] Opening multiple AASX files fails

Describe the bug
When opening a second AASX file the program fails. Both .exe application and blazor web client.
Blazor client just freezes.
Exe program opens empty and opens new browser window which is also empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open nr1 AASX file
2. open nr2 AASX file

Expected behavior
Viewing multiple AASX files should work. It worked with ~2024.06 release.
