TD Upgrade Tool

When an old TD is inserted to a tool like EdiTDor or Playground, it would be nice to detect it and offer ways to upgrade it. This upgrade can be different such as:

• Modbus Binding upgrades (modbus: to modv:)
• TD 1.0 -> 1.1
• x -> TD 2.0

Given that multiple tools can benefit from this, it makes sense to have it here.

This seems quite obvious (and simple) to provide a prefix switcher. I don't think we want to happen that automatically, right?

So the user of the tool should decide if this upgrade should happen. There are other changes in the modbus binding though so it is more than just prefix switcher.
