Add ability to set labels on nodegroups

Some workshops will require to run on specific instance types on the educates cluster.

We can use a combination of nodegroup labels, selectors and affinity using kyverno rules.

Currently an example of taints and labels are shown in EKS example.

Needs testing, and on GKE.
