Can't compile with pandoc - use of \reserved@a doesn't match defn #1

I haven't looked into it at all, but I got this error trying to compile the document using pandoc (on windows). Maybe someone else has seen it too?

pandoc -o ml.pdf ML-cheatsheet.tex
