rvoip-stir-shaken

⚠️ Experimental surface (unified 0.3.x release) — API-unstable; expect breaking changes before 1.0.

STIR/SHAKEN (RFC 8224 / RFC 8225 / ATIS-1000074) signing and verification for rvoip

Part of the rvoip workspace (the "rvoip 3" unified real-time-communications stack). Published so the rvoip facade can expose it behind the sip-stir-shaken feature — see the workspace README and docs/INTERFACE_DESIGN.md for how it fits into the architecture.
