Link to execution is broken

Hi,

We have been using this plugin for a while now. When we initially got it to work, the link provided by runners sent me directly to the correct Zephyr page.
All of the sudden, the link no longer works and I get 404. I can see the R number so I can find the execution but I am puzzeld as to why the link suddenly broke.
Any ideas or suggestions on how I might be able to debug the problem?
