Add the 3 dot menu with the option to the Spotlight tile.
Alternative
- Add the 3 dot menu to the bottom right of the Spotlight tile.
- Replace spotlight and grid toggle with Full-screen and Expand buttons.
- Make the expand and grid toggle a single icon toggle and move it to the main cluster of controls.
