Migrate from matrix-org repo

Task to do:

• Fork the project https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rich-text-editor
• Update the README and archive the project https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rich-text-editor
• Give rights on the project to iOS, Android and Web teams.
• Other GitHub settings (default branch, and branch protection, etc.)
• In the code base, replace reference of matrix-org to element-hq (matrix-org -> element-hq #2)
• Change the license to AGPL-3.0 (Change licence from Apache 2.0 to AGPL-3.0 #1)
• Create identical labels
• Set up Renovate
• Copy existing issues
• Add GitHub secrets:

  • ANDROID_SIGNING_KEY_ID
  • ANDROID_SIGNING_KEY_PASSWORD
  • CODECOV_TOKEN
  • MAVEN_CENTRAL_PASSWORD

• Update the referenced project in this page: https://element-hq.github.io/codecov-stats/
• Remove the fork reference to https://github.com/element-hq/matrix-rich-text-editor. This will avoid error when creating Pull Request and Synapse did it too (see https://github.com/element-hq/synapse/)

For iOS

• Fork the project https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rich-text-editor-swift

Definition of Done

• Members of https://github.com/orgs/element-hq/teams/element-ios-admins and https://github.com/orgs/element-hq/teams/element-android-admins are admins of the project
• GitHub page https://element-hq.github.io/matrix-rich-text-editor/ exists, as per https://matrix-org.github.io/matrix-rich-text-editor/
• https://app.codecov.io/gh/element-hq/matrix-rich-text-editor has the coverage data

For Android, maybe we should rename the package and use io.element instead? I think using org.matrix was a mistake that never got fixed.

It's already the case if I am not misreading it. Also it's already published here: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/element/android/wysiwyg/ instead than under the org/matrix/ path, which was wrong too...
