- Remove Anthropic API key requirement (now server-side via Bedrock) - Simplify setup to one secret (ELEMENTARY_API_KEY only) - Remove obsolete customization options (claude-model, models-path, etc.) - Add env-id documentation for multi-environment repos - Update 'What you get' to reflect new review sections (change analysis, performance/cost, downstream impact, tests/incidents) - Update troubleshooting for new error messages - Add issues: write to required GitHub permissions

Updates the CI code review documentation to reflect the new server-side architecture (PR #5581 on elementary-internal).
Key changes:
claude-model,models-path,diff-filter,base-ref,mcp-config-pathno longer applyissues: writeto required GitHub permissions (needed for posting PR comments)
