✅ Implementation Complete: Observability Metrics Catalog

Executive Summary

The Observability Metrics Catalog feature has been fully implemented, tested, documented, and pushed to GitHub. All code is complete and ready for CI verification.


🎯 What Was Delivered

1. Comprehensive Specification (Requirements-First Workflow)

Location: .kiro/specs/observability-metrics-catalog/

  • requirements.md — 9 detailed requirements with EARS-format acceptance criteria
  • design.md — Complete technical design with architecture, components, and test strategy
  • tasks.md — 12 implementation tasks with dependency graph

  1. ✅ Exported CATALOG_METRIC_NAMES constant in metrics-service.ts
  2. ✅ Refactored webhookMetrics.ts to use isolated Registry
