3. Euclidia Website and Shop

When you visit euclidiamath.com:

We do not run advertising or sell your data to third parties.

Standard server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security purposes. These are not shared or sold.

Shop purchases are processed through Payhip and Teachers Pay Teachers. We do not store your payment information. Please review Payhip's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry.

4. Lesson Generator

The Lesson Generator is a web-based tool that builds custom lesson plan bundles (lesson plan, student worksheet, answer key) from any Common Core standard you enter. You use it in your browser; no download required.

Lesson content. Lesson plans, worksheets, and answer keys are produced from our in-house verified content library, on our server, using the standard and grade level you select. No AI generates the lesson content. Generated bundles are not stored on our server after you download them.

Student data. The Lesson Generator does not accept or process student information. It is a curriculum creation tool, not a student data tool. You enter a standard and settings; we return a lesson bundle. Names, grades, rosters, and submissions never enter the Lesson Generator at any point.

Account information. If the Lesson Generator uses an account system to track your remaining lesson credits, we store your email address and credit balance for that purpose only. We retain this information only as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your inquiry, and we will delete it on request.

Payments. Lesson credit purchases are processed by Payhip. Payhip handles your payment information directly; we do not see or store your card details. See Payhip's Privacy Policy.

5. Euclidia Outreach

Euclidia Outreach is a web app you use in your browser. It includes three tools that share the same sign-in: Roster Builder (turns an LMS export into a contact CSV), Gradebook Outreach (personalized emails for flagged students), and Broadcast (tier-based progress notes to your whole class). You sign in with your Google account, and the app runs on a secure server that processes your data only while you are actively using it.

Student data is never stored. When you upload a gradebook or roster CSV in Gradebook Outreach or Broadcast, that data is held in the app's memory only for the duration of your session. It is never written to a database, never saved to disk, and never shared with any third party by Euclidia. The moment you close the tab or sign out, it is permanently gone. No copy is kept anywhere.

Gmail API. Euclidia Outreach uses Google's Gmail API to send emails from your own Gmail or Google Workspace account, only after you have reviewed and approved each message in the app. When messages are sent, the email content passes through Google's servers as part of normal Gmail operation. If your school email runs on Google Workspace, Google is already a FERPA-compliant service provider for your district. If you use a personal Gmail account, please review Google's Privacy Policy. Euclidia does not receive or store any of this data.

Google sign-in. When you sign in, you authorize Euclidia Outreach to send emails on your behalf, only after you have reviewed and approved each message in the app. This authorization is limited to sending only. The app cannot read your email, access your files, or perform any other action in your account. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Account information. We store your Google account email address (to identify your session) and your teacher preferences (course name, your name, threshold settings, grading scale, and optional closing note) so you do not have to re-enter them every time you sign in. No student names, grades, or emails are ever stored by Euclidia. We retain this information only as long as needed to provide the service or respond to your inquiry, and we will delete it on request.

How we share Google user data. Euclidia does not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. We use a small number of service providers to operate Euclidia Outreach, and each one receives only the specific information it needs to perform its function. The full list:

Google Cloud Run (Google LLC): hosts and runs the app. Cloud Run processes your Google account email, OAuth credentials, uploaded gradebook and roster CSVs, and generated message content in container memory only, for the duration of your active session. Nothing is written to a Cloud Run database or persisted to disk. Standard platform logs (such as IP address, request path, and response status) are retained by Google Cloud under its own logging and retention policies.

Google Gmail API (Google LLC): receives each email's recipient address, parent CC address, subject line, and message body when you click Send, so that the message can be delivered through your own Gmail account. No gradebook content or roster content is sent to the Gmail API beyond what appears in the email you composed and approved.

Google OAuth and userinfo (Google LLC): receives the authorization code and tokens during sign-in and returns your Google account email address. This is the standard Google sign-in mechanism.

Stripe, Inc.: receives your Google account email address only, used to look up your customer record and subscription status, and to create checkout and billing portal sessions. Stripe never receives student data, gradebook content, or email content. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and are not seen or stored by Euclidia. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Supabase, Inc.: stores your Google account email (as a row identifier) and your saved teacher preferences (course name, your name, your email, grading scale, low-score threshold, missing markers, email domain, three boolean toggles, optional closing note, and the Broadcast tier cutoffs: three overall-grade thresholds and a missing-work drop count) so the app can auto-load these settings the next time you sign in. Supabase never receives student names, grades, gradebook content, roster content, or email content. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

We do not share Google user data with any other party. We do not use Google user data for advertising or marketing. We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers, analytics providers, or any third party not listed above.

Limited Use. Euclidia Outreach's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except as required for security, to comply with the law, or where you have given explicit consent for specific items.

6. Euclidia Quiz

Euclidia Quiz is a web app you use in your browser to build verified math quizzes and push them to your Canvas course. You sign in with your Google account for identity only, subscribe through Stripe, and use the app from any browser.

Your Canvas API token never reaches our server's storage. Your Canvas URL and personal API access token are saved only in your own browser's local storage on each device where you sign in. When you generate a quiz and click "Push to Canvas," your browser sends the token to our server only for the duration of that single Canvas API call. We do not write it to a database, save it to disk, or retain it after the request completes. There is no copy of your Canvas credentials on our server at rest. You can clear them at any time using the Reset button on the Canvas Settings page in the app.

Student data. Euclidia Quiz does not read your Canvas course rosters, grades, submissions, or any student information. The app only pushes the quiz you built to the Canvas course ID you specify. We never download student data from Canvas, and Canvas does not send student data to us.

Quiz content. Quiz questions are produced from our in-house verified content library, on our server, using the topic and Common Core standard you select. No AI is involved in producing question content for Euclidia Quiz. Built quizzes are not stored on our server after they are pushed to Canvas or downloaded by you.

Google sign-in. When you sign in, you authorize Euclidia Quiz to verify your email address only. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google service. We use the email solely to identify your subscription and bypass the paywall for paying subscribers. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Payments. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment information directly; we do not see or store your card details. We retain your Google email address to match it against your Stripe subscription record. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

7. FERPA and COPPA Compliance

Euclidia Outreach is designed with FERPA in mind. Student education records you upload are processed in memory only for the duration of your session. They are never written to a database, saved to disk, or retained by Euclidia after your session ends. You, as the educator, remain in full control of your students' data at all times.

Euclidia Quiz does not access student data at all. The app pushes quizzes to a Canvas course you specify; it does not read student rosters, grades, or submissions. There is nothing for Euclidia Quiz to retain because there is nothing for it to collect.

The teacher acts as the data controller for any student information they choose to upload. Euclidia does not collect student data directly from students, does not determine how it is used, and does not retain it. We act solely as a tool you operate under your own professional and district obligations.

COPPA. COPPA's notice and consent requirements apply to operators who collect personal information from children under 13. Because Euclidia never receives or stores student personal information (Outreach processes it in memory only; Quiz never sees it at all), COPPA does not trigger against Euclidia for either product. The teacher and the school remain the data controllers for any student information processed in the classroom, under the same district-level COPPA arrangements they already have with Canvas, Google Workspace, or any other classroom platform.

8. For School Administrators and District IT

If you are reviewing Euclidia Outreach on behalf of a school or district, here is the short version. The product covers three tools that share one sign-in: Roster Builder (one-time setup that turns an LMS export into a contact CSV), Gradebook Outreach (personalized emails for flagged students), and Broadcast (tier-based class-wide progress notes). A teacher uploads a gradebook or roster. The tool processes it in memory only, for the length of that session, to generate emails that the teacher reviews and sends from the teacher's own Google account. Nothing is written to a database or disk, nothing is retained after the session ends, and no student data is sold, shared, or used for advertising. The teacher remains in control of the data at all times.

If you are reviewing Euclidia Quiz, the short version is even shorter. The app does not store student data because it does not read student data. Quizzes are produced from our in-house verified content library and pushed to the teacher's chosen Canvas course using the teacher's own Canvas API token, which lives only in the teacher's browser. No server-side database, no AI in the quiz pipeline, no Canvas data fetched beyond the course ID the teacher provides.

We are happy to support district review. A data processing agreement is available for districts on request. Email us at euclidiamath@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

9. Cookies

Our website and the Euclidia Outreach app use a small number of strictly functional cookies set by our hosting framework for session and security purposes. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. These functional cookies do not contain student data and end when you sign out or close the tab. Euclidia Quiz uses your browser's local storage (not a tracking cookie) to remember your Canvas URL, your Canvas API token, your default Course ID, and a short list of recently built quizzes (title, topics, date, difficulty; never student data) so you can re-open or duplicate them. Everything stored locally can be cleared from the app's Settings page, and it is cleared automatically when you sign out.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site and software may contain links to third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Payhip, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Canvas. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections using industry-standard HTTPS and TLS. For Euclidia Outreach, the strongest security measure is the design itself: student data is never written to a database or disk, and is discarded the moment your session ends. Euclidia Quiz follows the same principle: Canvas credentials live only in your browser, and student data is never read in the first place. Because nothing sensitive is stored at rest, there is no retained copy to breach.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available at euclidiamath.com/privacy.html. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at euclidiamath@gmail.com.
