Pulumi version is mandatory when creating a Pulumi env0 env

Describe the bug
When trying to provision a Pulumi-based env0 env I am receiving a 400 saying Pulumi version is not provided. The env0 provider currently doesn't support a attribute to specify the Pulumi version.

To Reproduce
Create a env0 env with type Pulumi.

Expected behavior
Env0 env with type Pulumi is created.
