Support multiple language

Hi, I want to get the feedback results of the Zxcvbn.test based on the i18n used in Rails app. However, I can't do it at this time. So I hope that zxcvbn-ruby can support multiple languages like zxcvbn4j soon.

Feedback should expose stable message keys/structured warning codes rather than translated English strings, with locale dictionaries packaged separately. That lets Rails I18n select a locale per request, provides an explicit fallback, and allows applications to override wording without changing password scoring. Tests should switch locales concurrently and verify score/suggestions stay identical while only presentation changes, avoiding a process-global locale leak.
