Local Password Cannot Be Set

The app doesn't allow to set a local password on Windows devices.

Here are the steps users go through:

1. Install the app
2. Create anew repository
3. Tree dots in the upper right corner -> go to Security-> Use local password
4. Enter password and retype -> click Update
   5.EN (English version) The “Save changes popup” asks "Would you like to proceed?" User clicks "Accept". Nothing changes, password is not set.
   5.RU (Russian version) The popup shows "Changes are not saved. Do you want to cancel them?" and gives two options: "Cancel" and "Cancel" - also a translation issue???

6. Re-open the app, go through steps 1-5 again - same issue
